These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the use of the website www.mioram.com and the sale of products offered by BPineda under the trade name Levitatec. By accessing this site or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.

Shipping
Shipping to France, Europe, and internationally.
Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and are indicated at the time of the order.
Delivery times are estimated. No refunds will be made for delays caused by carriers. -
Right of Withdrawal (EU customers only)
According to European Directive 2011/83/EU:
You have 30 days from the receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal.
To exercise it, send an email to: niooramm@gmail.comProducts must be returned in their original condition. Return costs are at your expense.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days after receiving the return.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized or perishable products. -
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Returns are only accepted with prior agreement.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase. -
