Return Policy

You have 90 days from the receipt of your order to request a return. After this period, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted.

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused

Be in the same condition as when you received it

Be in its original packaging

Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Note: Do not send the item directly to the manufacturer.

Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Perishable items (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

Intimate or hygiene products

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

Gift cards

Downloadable software

Some health and personal care products

Digital items such as the custom and ebook are non-refundable and will not be refunded as they are digital products, as the name indicates. Once the customer places the order, the mentioned digital product is automatically created in the system and will be sent to their email. In case no name is provided, the customer's first name will be assigned as the name of the custom digital poster, which will be sent in PDF format.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)
A partial refund may be granted in the following cases:

Books showing signs of use

Opened CDs, DVDs, games, or vinyl records

Damaged or incomplete items not caused by us

Returns made after 90 days

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive a confirmation email.
If your refund is approved, it will be credited automatically to your original payment method within a reasonable time frame.

• Promotional Items
  Only regular priced items are refundable. Sale items are not refundable.
• Custom Products
  According to Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products or products made according to customer specifications.
  Therefore, no returns or refunds will be accepted for these items, unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
• Exchanges
  Exchanges are only possible for defective or damaged items.
